Rescheduling User definition

Rescheduling User has the meaning given in Clause 7.5.1(b). "Sale Transaction" has the meaning given in Clause 6.1.1(b). "Term" has the meaning given in Clause 2.1.

Related to Rescheduling User

  • Scheduling means the actions of Seller and/or its designated representatives pursuant to Section 4.2, of notifying, requesting and confirming to ISO- NE the quantity of Energy to be delivered on any given day or days (or in any given hour or hours) during the Services Term at the Delivery Point.

  • Repackage means repackaging or otherwise changing the container, wrapper, or labeling to further the distribution of a prescription drug, excluding that completed by the pharmacist or DMP responsible for dispensing the product to a patient.

  • Scheduling Order means the scheduling order to be entered pursuant to Rule 23.1 of the Rules of the Court of Chancery, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Service User means the person directly receiving the Services provided by the Provider as specified in the Service Specifications and includes their Carer and Legal Guardian where appropriate Service Quality Performance Report means a report as described in Appendix J (Service Quality Performance Report)

"P.01 Transmission Grade of Service" means a circuit switched trunk facility Provisioning standard with the statistical probability of no more than one (1) call in one hundred (100) blocked on initial attempt during the average busy hour.

  • Remanufacturing means the activity of overhauling, retrofitting, fabricating, or repairing a product or its component parts for ultimate sale at retail.

  • Labeling means all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter on an article or any of its

  • re-use means any operation by which products or components that are not waste are used again for the same purpose for which they were conceived;

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.
