Research Term definition

Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

Research Term means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of the Effective Date, unless extended by mutual agreement of the Parties or earlier terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties or termination of this Agreement under Article IX.

• At least quarterly during the Research Term, any Party actively conducting work under the Research Program shall have the obligation to prepare and provide to the JSC a detailed written report summarizing the progress of the work performed by that Party in the course of the Research Program during the preceding Calendar Quarter, if any.
