Research Term definition

Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

Research Term means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the first (1st) anniversary of the Effective Date, subject to extension for one (1) additional year in accordance with Section 3.4 and to termination in accordance with Article 11.
