Research Term definition

Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

Examples of Research Term in a sentence

• PIRS shall also be responsible for providing additional quantities of such Research Candidate in a reasonable amount, as agreed by the JRC, during the first [***] months of the applicable Research Term.

More Definitions of Research Term

Research Term means that period of time beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the fourth (4th) anniversary of the Effective Date, subject to early termination or extension as set forth in Section 2.8.
