Research Program Term definition

Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.2.
Research Program Term means the duration of the Research Program as it may be extended or terminated as described more fully in Section 2.10 and Article 8.

Examples of Research Program Term in a sentence

  • An aggregate of [**] Gene Targets (the “[**] Maximum Number”) may be the subject of the [**] Engineered T-Cell Research during the Research Program Term (the “[**] Engineered T-Cell Targets”).

More Definitions of Research Program Term

Research Program Term means the term of the Research Program set forth in Section 2.2.
