Reserve Fund definition

Reserve Fund means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.
Reserve Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
Reserve Fund means each account established for Imposition Reserve Deposits, the Replacement Reserve Fund, the Repair Reserve Fund (if any), the Rate Cap Agreement Reserve Fund (if any), the Rental Achievement Reserve Fund (if any), and any other account established pursuant to Article IV of this Loan Agreement.

  • Upon any distribution to the Seller of amounts in excess of the Specified Reserve Fund Balance, the Noteholders will not have any rights in, or claims to, such amounts.

More Definitions of Reserve Fund

Reserve Fund means the Reserve Fund established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.06 hereof.
