Reserve Fund definition

Reserve Fund means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.

Reserve Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

Reserve Fund means the separate trust account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.20 hereof.

• Amounts so withdrawn from the Reserve Fund shall be deposited in the Principal and Interest Account and transferred to the Paying Agent/Registrar.

• The Bonds shall be issued in the original principal amount of $ ,000 for the purpose of (i) paying a portion of the Actual Costs of the Improvement Area #3 Projects, (ii) paying capitalized interest on the Bonds, (iii) funding the Reserve Account of the Reserve Fund, (iv) paying a portion of the costs incidental to the organization and administration of the District, and (v) paying the costs of issuance of the Bonds.

• The excess amounts transferred from the Additional Interest Reserve Account of the Reserve Fund to the Administrative Fund will be presumed to have been transferred, first, from sources other than Improvement Area #3 Bond proceeds (including investment earnings on such proceeds) and, second, from amounts that are Improvement Area #3 Bond proceeds (including investment earnings on such proceeds).

• Subject to subsection (c) below, all amounts deposited in the Reserve Account of the Reserve Fund shall be used and withdrawn by the Trustee for the purpose of making transfers to the Principal and Interest Account of the Bond Fund in the event of any deficiency in such Principal and Interest Account on any Interest Payment Date or any date on which principal of the Bonds is due.

More Definitions of Reserve Fund

Reserve Fund means the Reserve Fund established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.06 hereof.

Reserve Fund means each account established for Imposition Reserve Deposits, the Replacement Reserve Fund, the Repair Reserve Fund (if any), the Rate Cap Agreement Reserve Fund (if any), the Rental Achievement Reserve Fund (if any), and any other account established pursuant to Article IV of this Loan Agreement.
