Reserve Offer definition

Reserve Offer means a price the City considers prior to receiving Offers as the lowest it is willing to accept for the item(s) within the Offer of Surplus Goods. The Reserve is not an indication, warranty, or representation of the value of the Surplus Goods;
Reserve Offer means an offer of instantaneous reserve made in accordance with the provisions of rule 6 of section II of part G;

Examples of Reserve Offer in a sentence

  • Any Operating Reserve Offer exceeding the applicable threshold, except offers below $10/MWh, will be deemed excessive.

Related to Reserve Offer

  • Active Offer means the clear and proactive offer of service in French to individuals, from the first point of contact, without placing the responsibility of requesting services in French on the individual;

  • Asset Sale Offer shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.13.

  • Responsive Offer or means an offer which conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the request for proposals. Material respects of a request for proposals include, but are not limited to price, quality, quantity or delivery requirements.

  • Initial Offer Period means the period determined by the Directors during which Shares of any class are offered by the ICAV for purchase or subscription at the Initial Price.

  • Extension Offer has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).

  • Exchange Offer Registration Period means the 180-day period following the consummation of the Registered Exchange Offer, exclusive of any period during which any stop order shall be in effect suspending the effectiveness of the Exchange Offer Registration Statement.

  • Base Offer Segment means a component of a Sell Offer based on an existing Generation Capacity Resource, equal to the Unforced Capacity of such resource, as determined in accordance with the PJM Manuals.   • Failed Remarketing Condition—Unpurchased VRDP Shares means that a Beneficial Owner (other than the Liquidity Provider or its affiliates) continues to hold VRDP Shares, that were subject to a valid Tender, after any Purchase Date as a result of the failure by the Liquidity Provider for any reason to purchase such VRDP Shares pursuant to the Purchase Obligation (whether as a result of an unsuccessful Remarketing or a Mandatory Purchase) ("Unpurchased VRDP Shares"), until such time as all Outstanding Unpurchased VRDP Shares are (i) successfully Remarketed, (ii) purchased by the Liquidity Provider pursuant to the Purchase Obligation, or (iii) if not successfully Remarketed or purchased by the Liquidity Provider pursuant to the Purchase Obligation, the subject of a validly tendered Notice of Revocation (or any combination of the foregoing); and any Unpurchased VRDP Shares shall be deemed tendered for Remarketing until the earliest to occur of the foregoing events (i), (ii) or (iii) with respect to such Unpurchased VRDP Shares.

  • Shelf Offering Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1(d)(i).

  • Accepted Note shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(5).

  • Exchange Offer Registration Statement means an exchange offer registration statement on Form S-4 (or, if applicable, on another appropriate form) and all amendments and supplements to such registration statement, in each case including the Prospectus contained therein or deemed a part thereof, all exhibits thereto and any document incorporated by reference therein.
