Reserve Offer definition

Reserve Offer means a price the City considers prior to receiving Offers as the lowest it is willing to accept for the item(s) within the Offer of Surplus Goods. The Reserve is not an indication, warranty, or representation of the value of the Surplus Goods;
Reserve Offer means an offer of instantaneous reserve made in accordance with the provisions of rule 6 of section II of part G;

Examples of Reserve Offer in a sentence

  • Any Operating Reserve Offer exceeding the applicable threshold, except offers below $10/MWh, will be deemed excessive.

  • For Generation Resources, the Off-Line Short-Term Reserve Offer shall be a single value expressed for each Hour in $/MW and is only applicable to Off-Line Short-Term Reserve Qualified Resources.

  • A Spinning Reserve Offer only applies if the Demand Response Resource - Type I is a Spin Qualified Resource.

  • For Generation Resources, the Spinning Reserve Offer shall be a single value expressed for each Hour in $/MW and is only applicable to Spin Qualified Resources.

Related to Reserve Offer

  • Responsive Offer or means an offer which conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the request for proposals. Material respects of a request for proposals include, but are not limited to price, quality, quantity or delivery requirements.

  • pre-emptive offer means an offer of equity securities open for acceptance for a period fixed by the Directors to holders (other than the Company) on the register on a record date fixed by the Directors of ordinary shares in proportion to their respective holdings but subject to such exclusions or other arrangements as the Directors may deem necessary or expedient in relation to treasury shares, fractional entitlements, record dates or legal, regulatory or practical problems in, or under the laws of, any territory;
