Reserve Percentages definition

Reserve Percentages means the total of the maximum reserve percentages for determining the reserves to be maintained by member banks of the Federal Reserve System for Eurocurrency Liabilities, as defined in Federal Reserve Board Regulation D, rounded upward to the nearest 1/100 of one percent. The percentage will be expressed as a decimal, and will include, but not be limited to, marginal, emergency, supplemental, special, and other reserve percentages.
Reserve Percentages means the total maximum reserve percentages for determining the reserves to be maintained by member banks of the Federal Reserve System for Eurocurrency Liabilities, as defined in Federal Reserve System for Eurocurrency Liabilities, as defined in Federal Reserve Board Regulations D, rounded upward to the nearest 1/1000 of one percent. Reserve Percentages for any Interest Period means, as of the date of ------------------- determination thereof, the maximum percentage (rounded upward, if necessary to the nearest 1/100th of 1%), that is in effect on such date as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for determining the reserve requirements (including supplemental, marginal, and emergency reserve requirements) with respect to "eurocurrency liabilities" (as defined in Federal Reserve Board Regulation D).
