Reset Period definition

Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;
Reset Period means each period from and including the First Reset Date to but excluding the next following Reset Date and thereafter from and including each Reset Date to but excluding the next following Reset Date;
Reset Period means the period from (and including) a Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Reset Date;

Examples of Reset Period in a sentence

  • The Principal Paying Agent will, as soon as practicable after 11.00 a.m. (London time) on each Reset Determination Date in relation to a Reset Period, determine the Reset Interest Rate for such Reset Period and shall promptly notify the Society thereof.

  • The Principal Paying Agent shall, as soon as practicable after 11.00 a.m. (London time) on each Reset Determination Date in relation to a Reset Period, determine, in accordance with the Conditions, the Reset Interest Rate for such Reset Period.

More Definitions of Reset Period

Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period;
