Resident Contracts definition

Resident Contracts means all admissions Contracts, personal care Contracts, and other Contracts for the provision of services or goods to residents of the Facility
Resident Contracts means, collectively, the Current Resident Contracts and the Former Resident Contracts.
Resident Contracts means all residency agreements between Sellers and occupants of the Facilities.

  • Client Contract means a futures or option contract between us and you, which is matched by an identical Contract;

  • Resident Business or “Resident Contractor” means an entity that has a valid resident certificate issued by the NM Taxation and Revenue Department pursuant to Section 13-1-22 NMSA 1978.
