Resident Site Staff definition

Resident Site Staff means such representative on Site as may be appointed by the Architect from time to time.
Resident Site Staff means those persons employed by the Consultant pursuant to clauses C1 and C2 of these additional conditions of contract.
Resident Site Staff means those persons employed by the Consultant as defined in Appendix 1 to these additional conditions of contract.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, except as provided for under clauses 9 to 18 inclusive in this Appendix, no payment shall be made to the Consultant in respect of the services associated with the Resident Site Staff.

  • In consideration of the unique function of the LRO in the execution of the works, SDEV has reviewed the possible differences in the remuneration packages of LROs between those employed by contractors under in-house contracts and those employed by consultants as Resident Site Staff and the time requirement for the provision of LRO after commencement of the contract.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a member of the Resident Site Staff is on maternity leave, paternity leave or prolonged sick leave, with agreement between the Parties, a temporary member of staff with equivalent qualifications and experience could be employed to take up the duties of the Resident Site Staff for the period concerned.

  • This Brief is to be read in conjunction with the Memorandum of Agreement, the General Conditions of Employment for a Design and Construction Assignment, Special Conditions of Employment, Schedule of Fees and Schedule of Resident Site Staff standards and duties.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4 means a conveyance or system of conveyances (including roads with drainage systems, municipal streets, catch basins, curbs, gutters, ditches, man-made channels, or storm drains):

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Separate storm sewer means a conveyance or system of conveyances including roads with drainage systems, streets, catch basins, curbs, gutters, ditches, constructed channels or storm drains, which meets all of the following criteria:

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Resident Manager means an employee of a licensee, approved by the Department, who resides in an adult foster home, and is directly responsible for the care and services to support individuals on a day-to-day basis.

  • Municipal separate storm sewer system means a conveyance or system of conveyances including roads with drainage systems, municipal streets, catch basins, curbs, gutters, ditches, manmade channels, or storm drains.

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Building Services Definitions

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Fire fighter means any person employed by the state or any political subdivision as a member or officer of a fire depart- ment or a member of a volunteer department, including the state fire marshal and deputies.

  • Resident Engineer means the representative of the Commissioner duly designated by the Commissioner to be his/her representative at the site of the Work.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Birth center means a facility or institution, which is not an ambulatory surgical center or a hospital or in a hospital, in which births are planned to occur following a normal, uncomplicated, low-risk pregnancy.

  • Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.

  • Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.
