Residential Allotment definition

Residential Allotment means a lot comprising part of the Development Land to be created as part of the Proposed Development that is intended to be used for the purposes of a single dwelling house without being further sub-divided.
Residential Allotment means any residential dwelling constructed on the Land (or any part thereof) by or on behalf of the Purchaser following settlement under this Agreement and includes (where applicable) any allotment created by subsequent division of the Land under the Real Property ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (SA) or Community Titles ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (SA) by the Purchaser after settlement under this Agreement which is intended for use as a residential dwelling.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.
