Residential Erven definition

Residential Erven means every Erf in the Estate, which is in terms of the Estate subdivision, enjoys single residential use rights and shall include any additional residential erven which may be created and approved over and above the existing residential property erven depicted on the General Plan.
Residential Erven means Erven 16540 to 16553, 16555 to 16565, 16567 to 16570, 16572 to 16575, 16578 to 16583, 16585 to 16589, 16591 to 16596 Stellenbosch in the Development, which are zoned as group housing erven for residential use and ‘Residential Erf’ shall mean one of the residential erven.
Residential Erven means Portions 1 to 11 of Erf 753 of Allens Nek Extension 29 Township and on which erven residential dwellings have been erected or will be erected and also includes consolidated erven and notarially tied erven on which single residential dwellings have been or will be erected, whether they are presently improved or unimproved and include all buildings

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities.   • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Residential service means water service provided for domestic or irrigation purposes in a residential area and is not considered a commercial service.

  • Modular home means a modular unit as defined in Section 15A-1-302.

  • Residential district means an area of a municipality where 75% or more of the area is zoned for residential housing.
