Residential operator means the owner or operator of a multifamily residential or mixed-use project if title is held in single or undivided ownership, or, if title is held in a form of common interest ownership, the association of unit owners, condominium association, homeowners' association, property owners' association, or residential cooperative corporation.   • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.

  • Terminal operator means a person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a terminal.

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • Commercial Operation means the Conditions of Operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by TSECL to be available for continuous operation at different loads upto and including rated capacity.
