Residual Effect definition

Residual Effect means an Environmental Effect remaining after all mitigative measures have been applied;
Residual Effect means the residual effect of drug use which has previously been detected in a Positive Urine Sample Test Result. Revenue has the meaning given in clause 15.5(d).

Related to Residual Effect

  • Residual Waste means low-level radioactive waste resulting from processing or decontamination activities that cannot be easily separated into distinct batches attributable to specific waste generators. This waste is attributable to the processor or decontamination facility, as applicable.

  • Personal Effects means personal items regularly worn or carried on the person for his/her personal use, for example clothing, watch, wallet.

  • Residual Ownership Interest Any record or beneficial interest in the Class R Certificates.

  • Residual Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Residual Value means, in respect of every Board Lot, an amount calculated by the Issuer in accordance with the following formula (and, if appropriate, either (I) converted (if applicable) into the Settlement Currency at the Exchange Rate or, as the case may be, (II) converted into the Interim Currency at the First Exchange Rate and then (if applicable) converted into Settlement Currency at the Second Exchange Rate):
