Resignation upon Termination. Effective as of any Date of Termination under this Section 7 or otherwise as of the date of Executive's termination of employment with the Company, Executive shall resign, in writing, from all Board memberships and other positions then held by him with the Company and its Affiliates.
Resignation upon Termination. Upon any termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, and without further action on the part of Executive, Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from each directorship and other office or position of authority Executive may hold with the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiary business entities.

In the event of termination of this Agreement other than for death, Employee agrees to resign from all positions held in the Company, including without limitation any position as a director, officer, agent, trustee or consultant of the Company or any affiliate of the Company.

Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive agrees and covenants that Executive shall immediately tender a resignation to the Company for any position held by Executive as a member of the Company’s and each of its Subsidiaries’ Boards of Directors and any committee thereof.
Resignation upon Termination. Effective as of any Date of Termination under this Section 4 or otherwise, Executive shall automatically and without taking any further actions be deemed to have resigned from all positions then held by him with the Company and all of its Affiliates.
Resignation upon Termination. The termination of this Agreement for any reason shall also constitute the automatic resignation by the Executive from all positions held in the Company or an affiliate of the Company, including any position as a manager, director, officer, agent, trustee, or consultant of the Company or any affiliate of the Company. Upon the request of the Company, the Executive shall deliver to the Company such written confirmation of such resignation as the Company may reasonably request.
Resignation upon Termination. Upon any termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, and without further action on the part of Executive or any member of the Company Group, Executive shall be deemed to have resigned (a) as an executive officer, principal officer or other officer of the Parent and any of any other member of the Company Group for which Executive served in such capacity; (b) from the board of directors or board of managers (or similar governing body) of any member of the Company Group, and from the board of directors or board of managers (or similar governing body) of any corporation, limited liability entity, unlimited liability entity or other entity in which any member of the Company Group holds an equity interest and with respect to which board of directors or board of managers (or similar governing body) Executive serves as the designee or other representative of any member of the Company Group.
Resignation upon Termination. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, upon termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason or under any circumstance, the Employee shall be deemed to have given the Company notice of his resignation from any and all positions as officer of the Company and its subsidiaries and, if the Employee was terminated for Cause, as a member of the PetIQ, Inc. Board of Directors or other similar governing body of the Company and its subsidiaries, to the extent applicable.
Resignation upon Termination. Once signed by you, this Agreement represents your resignation, effective as of the Separation Date, from all board and board committee memberships and other positions which you may hold with the Company, RBI their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective charitable foundations, as applicable. You agree to execute and return to the Company, within two (2) business days following your execution of this Agreement, a letter separately naming all entities with which you hold such board, committee and other positions and confirming your resignation.
Resignation upon Termination. In the event of termination of Employee’s employment for any reason, Employee hereby shall be deemed upon such termination to have immediately resigned from all positions held in Matador, including without limitations any position as a director, officer, agent, trustee or consultant of Matador or any affiliate of Matador and shall execute all documents reasonably necessary to further effectuate or document such resignation from such positions.
