Resort district definition

Resort district means an area that encompasses a natural geographic feature used for recreation, such as an inland lake or the Great Lakes shoreline, that is specifically designated by resolution and approved as provided in this act, and a portion of which is land that is or was a part of a resort association incorporated under 1 of the following:
Resort district means that area of the Project zoned for Resort Commercial uses.
Resort district means St Kitts Peninsula Resort District as designated in the Saint Christopher and Nevis (Designation of St Kitts Peninsula Resort District) Order, No. 29/ 2007.

  • The City recognizes that the Sales Taxes shall, in any event, be collected and deposited in the Special Fund (i) from and after the commencement of any construction activity with respect to construction sales and use taxes, and (ii) from and after Grand Opening of the Minimum Resort District Improvements with respect to all taxes.
