Tax Increment District definition

Tax Increment District or "district" means that area to which the tax increment finance plan pertains.
Tax Increment District means Tax Increment Financing District No. 13, as modified, located within the Development District, a description of which is set forth in the Tax Increment Financing Plan, which was qualified as a redevelopment district under the Tax Increment Act;
Tax Increment District means that area wholly within the corporate limits of a municipality that has been established and designated as such pursuant to section 2 of the TIF Act and that is to be developed under a District Master Plan.
