Respective Parts definition

Respective Parts means with respect to UNICEF, Parts 1.1, 2, and 3 of the Project design and with respect to ICRC, Parts 1.2, 2.2 and 3.2 of the Project.
Respective Parts means, in respect of each Project State, all state level activities under Part A of the Project and the activities under Part B of the Project when carried out within such Project State.
Respective Parts means the ADEPME Part, the FONGIP Part and the FONSIS Part collectively.

  • Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Parts of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

  • All goods, works and services required for its Respective Parts of the Project to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to the Loan Agreement.

Respective Parts of the Project" means, in respect of (i) KMS, Parts A, C, D, E, F, G and H.1-H.6 of the Project, and (ii) PDAM, Parts B and H.7 of the Project.

  • Live parts means conductive part(s) intended to be electrically energized in normal use.

  • Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole.
