Examples of Restart Fee in a sentence
The Restart Fee is calculated based on the length of time the Project execution has been delayed.
Should any of the Key Dates be delayed, the Client may be charged at the Hourly Rate set out in the Proposal for additional Services required as a result of the delay in addition to a Restart Fee.
If delays to the Commencement Date are requested by the Client, a Restart Fee may apply.
Company also reserves the right including, but not limited to, strikes, labor trouble, riots, imposition of laws or governmental to charge Customer additional fees if the following additional services are provided to Customer: Administrative Fee, Enclosure Charge, Services on High Demand Days, Pull/ Push Out Services, Container Relocation Fee, or Seasonal Restart Fee.
