Restaurant grease means animal or vegetable oils and fats that have been used or generated as a result of the preparation of food by a restaurant or other establishment that prepares food for human consumption.

Restaurant grease does not include trap grease, interceptor grease, or other contents of grease traps or interceptor traps.
