Restaurant (Limited) definition

Restaurant (Limited) means the use of a site for the preparation and retail sale of food and beverages and excludes the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption.
Restaurant (Limited) means a building or part of a building that includes the patio. Where food is prepared and offered for retail sale to the public for immediate consumption on the premises, and may include a licensed dining room or similar facilities for the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
