Restaurant Space definition

Restaurant Space. As such term is defined in Recital A.
Restaurant Space means the spaces on the fourteenth floor, fifteenth floor and sixteenth floor of the Building which is meant for restaurant use and is capable of being exclusively owned, used and enjoyed by any Allottee;
Restaurant Space the part of the Property allocated for use as a restaurant and associated space;

  • Instead, all such licenses will be obtained by the Hotel Operator and the lessee(s) of the Restaurant Space.

  • While Landlord intends to create a highly efficient restaurant as a model, the Restaurant Space in the Project will most likely not achieve NZE, and will be excluded from the NZE provisions of this Lease.

  • However, until such an agreement between all the societies, the Promoter will maintain the same and shall be entitled to charge maintenance charges for the same from the Allottee(s) at such rate as may be determined by the Promoter in addition to the maintenance charges payable by the Allottee(s) for maintenance of Limited Common Areas & Facilities of Office and Restaurant Space, Limited Common Areas & Facilities of Mini Shops Space and Limited Common Areas & Facilities of High Street Shopping Space.

  • Borrower represents and warrants that: (i) Borrower has delivered to Senior Lender the forms of Lease to be used for the leasing of Retail Space and (ii) prior to Full Loan Opening, Borrower shall have delivered to Lender the form of Lease to be used for the leasing of Restaurant Space and Office Space as required by the Senior Loan.

  • No other alterations to the Restaurant Space or the Buildings shall be permitted unless Landlord approves same and the conditions set forth below are satisfied, which such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

More Definitions of Restaurant Space

Restaurant Space means the space allocated for restaurant on the Premises, as described and/or depicted in Exhibits B and C, and which shall be consistent in all material respects with the Plans and Specifications and the Building Permits.

Related to Restaurant Space

  • Protected Space Operations means all Launch or Transfer Vehicle activities, ISS activities, and Payload activities on Earth, in outer space, or in transit between Earth and outer space in implementation of the IGA, MOUs concluded pursuant to the IGA, implementing agreements, and contracts to perform work in support of NASA’s obligations under these Agreements. It includes, but is not limited to:

  • Leased space means the individual storage space at the self-service facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.
