Restaurant Unit definition

Restaurant Unit means any Restaurant Space which is meant for restaurant use and is capable of being exclusively owned, used and enjoyed by any Allottee together with the right, if any, to park cars in the Car Parking Spaces, the undivided impartible variable proportionate share or interest in the Common Areas with right to use and enjoy the same in common and wherever the context so intends or permits, shall include the Undivided Share attributable to such Restaurant Space;
Restaurant Unit means any Restaurant Space including the Open Terrace, if any, appurtenant thereto which is meant for restaurant use and is capable of being exclusively owned, used and enjoyed by any Unit Owner together with the right, if any, to park cars in the Car Parking Spaces, the undivided impartible variable proportionate share or interest in the Common Areas with right to use and enjoy the same in common and wherever the context so intends or permits, shall include the Undivided Share attributable to such Restaurant Space;
Restaurant Unit means any of the Units designated as a Restaurant Unit on the Map or in this Declaration, and any Garage Unit or Storage Unit appurtenant to

Examples of Restaurant Unit in a sentence

  • The result is subtracted from the Direct-Owned Restaurant Unit Fee (as set forth above) to arrive at the Direct-Owned Restaurant Unit Fee for the Replacement Restaurant.

  • While the Development Rights are in effect, Master Franchisee will be entitled to receive a credit in the amount of the unused portion of the Direct-Owned Restaurant Unit Fee paid for a Permitted Closure Restaurant previously operated by Master Franchisee (the “Direct-Owned Restaurant Fee Credit”).

  • Until the Unit Addendum has been executed and delivered to PLK pursuant to clause 8.1.5 for a particular Direct-Owned Restaurant and the applicable Direct-Owned Restaurant Unit Fee has been paid, the proposed Direct-Owned Restaurant shall not open for business.

  • Master Franchisee may not charge a Franchised Restaurant Unit Fee in an amount in excess of the amounts set forth above, it being understood that BKAP will receive the entire amount of the Franchised Restaurant Unit Fee.

  • The Direct-Owned Restaurant Unit Fee paid in connection with a Direct-Owned Restaurant will be set out in the applicable Unit Addendum and will be due and payable no later than five (5) Business Days of receipt of an invoice from BKAP, but in no event later than seven (7) days prior to the opening date.
