Restorative Option definition

Restorative Option means an Option granted to a Participant under Section 8 of the Plan.

  • All other terms of the Restorative Option shall be identical to the terms of the Underlying Option.

  • Incentive Option means an option which satisfies the requirements of Code Section 422.
