Restricted Capital Securities Certificate definition

Restricted Capital Securities Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit D.
Restricted Capital Securities Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit F.
Restricted Capital Securities Certificate means a certificate evidencing ownership of Restricted Capital Securities.
