Examples of Definitive Capital Securities in a sentence
On exchange of the Global Capital Security, the Issuer will, if the holder so requests, procure that it is cancelled and returned to the holder together with any relevant Definitive Capital Securities.
In exchange for the Global Capital Security the Issuer will deliver, or procure the delivery of, an equal aggregate principal amount of duly executed and authenticated Definitive Capital Securities (having attached to them all Coupons in respect of interest which has not already been paid on the Global Capital Security), security printed in accordance with any applicable legal and stock exchange requirements and in or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 to the Trust Deed.
Condition 6(d)(iii) and Condition 7(iv) will apply to the Definitive Capital Securities only.
In such a case a holder who, as a result of trading such amounts, holds an amount which is less than the minimum denomination of €200,000 in its account with the relevant clearing system at the relevant time may not receive a Definitive Capital Security in respect of such holding (in the limited circumstances in which Definitive Capital Securities could be printed) and would need to purchase a principal amount of Capital Securities such that its holding amounts to €200,000.
Thereupon (in the case of (i) above) the holder may give notice to the Trustee and (in the case of (ii) above) the Issuer may give notice pursuant to Condition 14 to the Trustee and the Holders, of its intention to exchange the Global Capital Security for Definitive Capital Securities on or after the Exchange Date specified in the notice.
