Restricted Indebtedness definition

Restricted Indebtedness means Indebtedness of Holdings, the Borrower or any Subsidiary, the payment, prepayment, repurchase or defeasance of which is restricted under Section 6.09(b).
Restricted Indebtedness means Indebtedness of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, the payment, prepayment, repurchase or defeasance of which is restricted under Section 6.09(b).
Restricted Indebtedness is defined in Section 6.26.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions of this Subsection 8.6(c) shall not restrict or prohibit any refinancing of Restricted Indebtedness (in whole or in part) permitted pursuant to Subsection 8.13.

More Definitions of Restricted Indebtedness

Restricted Indebtedness has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.11.

Restricted Indebtedness means the New Notes, the Assumed Bonds, any Permitted Additional Debt, any Permitted Pari Passu Indebtedness and the Peach Notes.
