Restricted Licensee definition

Restricted Licensee means a natural person (or persons) or an entity which has been granted a Restricted License under these Regulations and whose Restricted License has not expired or been struck off.

  • All Permitted Activities by the Licensee, Restricted Licensee or Service Licensee shall be in accordance with the License, Restricted License or Service License granted to it, as the case may be.

  • If the Licensee, Restricted Licensee or Service Licensee does not comply or otherwise satisfy the QSTP Management that it is not in material breach or has remedied any material breach of these Regulations or the applicable License, Restricted License or Service License, the QSTP Management will terminate the applicable License, Restricted License or Service License.

  • In the event an Entity supplied and licensed by BGM as a Permitted Licensee subsequently becomes a Restricted Licensee without the occurrence of any M&A Transactions (i.e., based solely on natural growth of its gross revenues), then such Entity shall retain its status as a Permitted Licensee.

  • Restricted License is any material license or other agreement with respect to which Borrower is the licensee (a) that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property, or (b) for which a default under or termination of could interfere with the Bank’s right to sell any Collateral.
