Restructuring Proposal definition

Restructuring Proposal means that certain Amended and Restated Cornerstone Investment Agreement, effective as of March 31, 2010, by and between GGP and the Company, in the form as submitted to the Company by the Managing Member prior to the Initial Closing Date and attached hereto as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Restructuring Proposal has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(h)(i).
Restructuring Proposal means the Restructuring Proposal, dated November 15, 2003, included as Exhibit 99.1 to HI’s Form 8-K, filed on January 6, 2004.

More Definitions of Restructuring Proposal

Restructuring Proposal means the financial and debt restructuring of the Company and its subsidiaries contemplated by this Hong Kong Scheme, the Cayman Scheme, the Restructuring Documents and the Explanatory Statement, including (but not limited to) any and all compromises/agreements or debt exchanges between the Company and/or its subsidiaries and persons that are not parties to this Hong Kong Scheme and the Cayman Scheme;
