Retail Bonds definition

Retail Bonds means Ringgit and/or foreign currency denominated bonds issued and settled on RENTAS or any other systems, whether local or overseas.
Retail Bonds means the Federal Farm Credit Banks Consolidated Systemwide Retail Bonds.
Retail Bonds means the series of bonds payable from the Retail TIF Revenues, the proceeds of which are to be lent to the Company for application to the Development Costs of the portion of the Development described in Part II of Exhibit A hereto.
