Retail Class Supplement. With respect to certain Series that include Retail Certificates, a separate prospectus supplement relating to the Retail Certificates of such Series.

Examples of Retail Class Supplement in a sentence

  • With respect to each applicable Series, a non-interest- bearing deposit account established by the Trustee with the Paying Agent for the purposes set forth in the related Prospectus Supplement or Retail Class Supplement, as applicable.

  • Such rounding will be accomplished by applying the net amount withdrawn on each such Distribution Date from (or, as applicable, deducting the net amount deposited into) the applicable Retail Cash Deposit Account, as specified in the related Prospectus Supplement or Retail Class Supplement, as applicable.

  • The Certificates of each Class designated as a Retail Class in the related Prospectus Supplement or Retail Class Supplement, as applicable.

Related to Retail Class Supplement

  • Original Class Certificate Principal Balance With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, the Class C Certificates and the Class P Certificates, the corresponding amounts set forth opposite such Class above in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Series Supplement The agreement into which this Standard Terms is incorporated and pursuant to which, together with this Standard Terms, a Series of Certificates is issued.

  • Initial Class Principal Balance As set forth in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.

  • Class Certificate Principal Balance As to any Class of Certificates, other than any Class of Notional Certificates, and as of any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Balances of all Certificates of such Class. The Class Certificate Principal Balance of each such Class of Certificates as of the Closing Date is specified in Section 5.01(b).

  • Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.

  • Certificate Notional Balance With respect to each Certificate of Class X and any date of determination, the product of (i) the Class Certificate Notional Balance of such Class and (ii) the applicable Percentage Interest of such Certificate.

  • Class CE Certificate Any one of the Class CE Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-7 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC VI for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Initial Class Certificate Balance As to each Class of Certificates, the Class Certificate Balance set forth in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Initial Class D Note Balance means $13,564,000.

  • Class P Certificate Any one of the Class P Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-5 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Initial Class C Note Balance means $152,941,000.
