Original Class Certificate Principal Balance With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, the Class C Certificates and the Class P Certificates, the corresponding amounts set forth opposite such Class above in the Preliminary Statement.
Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.
Series Supplement The agreement into which this Standard Terms is incorporated and pursuant to which, together with this Standard Terms, a Series of Certificates is issued.
Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.
Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Initial Class Principal Balance As set forth in the Preliminary Statement.
Class L Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class L" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Super Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.
Class Certificate Principal Balance As to any Class of Certificates, other than any Class of Notional Certificates, and as of any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Balances of all Certificates of such Class. The Class Certificate Principal Balance of each such Class of Certificates as of the Closing Date is specified in Section 5.01(b).
Class A-V Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-V Certificate, including any Subclass thereof.
Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.
Certificate Notional Balance With respect to each Certificate of Class X and any date of determination, the product of (i) the Class Certificate Notional Balance of such Class and (ii) the applicable Percentage Interest of such Certificate.
Original Class Principal Balance means, with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the initial Class Principal Balance thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class CE Certificate Any one of the Class CE Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee or the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-8 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Original Class B-5 Principal Balance The Class B-5 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
Initial Class Certificate Balance As to each Class of Certificates, the Class Certificate Balance set forth in the Preliminary Statement.
Original Class B-4 Principal Balance The Class B-4 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
Original Class B-6 Principal Balance The Class B-6 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
Class A-7 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-7 and Exhibit C hereto.
Initial Class D Note Balance means $142,370,000.
Class A Non-PO Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the Class A Principal Balance less the Principal Balance of the Class A-PO Certificates.
Class P Certificate Any one of the Class P Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-5 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Initial Class C Note Balance means $152,941,000.
Original Class B-1 Principal Balance The Class B-1 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
