Retail Store Equipment definition

Retail Store Equipment means Equipment owned by a Retail Store Subsidiary and Equipment located in or used in Retail Stores or acquired for purposes of location in or use in any Retail Store; but "Retail Store Equipment" shall not include Equipment leased to Borrowers or an Obligor and owned by a third party, which is not a Subsidiary, for use by or located in the premises of a Retail Store Subsidiary.

Related to Retail Store Equipment

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Retail tobacco store means a retail store utilized primarily for the sale of tobacco products and accessories and in which the sale of other products is merely incidental.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.
