Retail Tobacco Sales means the act of giving, selling or otherwise distributing tobacco products in a retail setting, including but not limited to, gas stations, convenience stores, carry out markets, groceries, supermarkets, retail warehouse clubs, drug stores, vape shops and hookah bars.
