Retained Asset definition

Retained Asset is defined in Section 6.4(d).

Retained Asset means any Nonfinancial Asset, including any Timeshare Interest, that is obtained by the Issuer pursuant to Section 5.3(a)(vii) of the Indenture.

Retained Asset shall be as defined in Section 7.3.

• The value of the Retained Asset Account(s) shall be the value of the account as of the date the property is paid to the party determined to be the owner of the account or reported and remitted to the affected state(s).

More Definitions of Retained Asset

Retained Asset shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.14(c) hereof.

Retained Asset means any of these assets or the relevant one of them, as the context requires.
