Retained Data definition

Retained Data has the meaning set forth in Section 28.4.
Retained Data means traffic, location and subscriber data generated or processed when a subscriber accesses a public communications network or for the billing thereof, including the data of unsuccessful call attempts, where such data is stored in the process of supplying telephone services or logged in the process of supplying Internet services;7
Retained Data means data which a database operator must record by virtue of regulation 8(1) (a);

  • Upon termination or expiration of the Data License, Customer may retain only the portion of the Data Products necessary to be retained for legal compliance or historical financial reporting purposes (“Retained Data”), and Customer shall have a perpetual, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as set forth herein) license for continued use of such Retained Data only for such purposes.

  • Upon expiration of this Agreement, or following receipt of written instruction from Licensee at any time, Licensor shall either deliver the Retained Data to Licensee or destroy such Retained Data.

  • Each Party agrees that the Retained Data held on the archive computer systems of the other Party shall not be subject to an obligation to be returned or deleted whether upon termination or expiry of the Agreement or otherwise.


More Definitions of Retained Data

Retained Data means information, or documents, that a service provider is or has been required to keep under Part 5-1A.

Related to Retained Data

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);
