Retained Fee Rate definition

Retained Fee Rate. An amount equal to 0.0025% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.
Retained Fee Rate. An amount equal to 0.005% per annum.
Retained Fee Rate. Subject to Section 7.2(c), an amount equal to 0.00125% per annum.

  • The Trustee shall solicit bids (i) on the basis of such successor servicer entering into a sub-servicing agreement with the terminated Servicer to service the Whole Loan at a sub-servicing fee rate per annum equal to the Servicing Fee minus the Retained Fee Rate (each, a “Servicing-Retained Bid”) and (ii) on the basis of having no obligation to enter into a sub-servicing agreement with the terminated Servicer (each, a “Servicing-Released Bid”).

  • If the Trustee or an Affiliate acts pursuant to this Section 7.2 as successor to the resigning or terminated Servicer, it may reduce such terminated Servicer’s Retained Fee Rate and/or Excess Servicing Fee to the extent that its or such Affiliate’s compensation as successor Servicer would otherwise be below market rate servicing compensation.

More Definitions of Retained Fee Rate

Retained Fee Rate. An amount equal to 0.00125% per annum with respect to the Trust Loan and 0.0% per annum with respect to the Senior Pari Passu Companion Loans.
Retained Fee Rate. With respect to the Whole Loan (and any successor Foreclosed Property with respect thereto), that portion of the Servicing Fee that accrues at a per annum rate equal to the Servicing Fee Rate minus 0.00125%.
Retained Fee Rate. An amount equal to 0.03% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan and AB Whole Loan; provided however, if an Initial Sub-Servicer is entitled to a Primary Servicing Fee, the Retained Fee Rate shall be an amount equal to .01% per annum with respect to the related Mortgage Loan or AB Whole Loan.

Related to Retained Fee Rate

  • L/C Fee Rate means the Applicable Margin with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans.

  • Unused Fee Rate means 0.50% per annum.

  • Facility Fee Rate means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Fee Rate means initially 0.25% per annum, which shall be subject to increase by 0.25% per annum for each Week in respect of which any Failure has occurred and is continuing.

  • Undrawn Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Commitment Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Applicable Margin”.

  • Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • Applicable Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum at which Commitment Fees are accruing on the unused portion of the Aggregate Commitment at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Net Servicing Fee Rate means (a) so long as the Seller or The Bank of New York is the Servicer, 1.25% per annum and (b) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, 2.0% per annum.

  • Administration Fee Rate The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate.
