embedded generator means a generator who is not a market participant and whose generation facility is connected to a distribution system of a distributor, but does not include a generator who consumes more electricity than it generates;

Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.

Fireworks means consumer fireworks, display fireworks, and pyrotechnic special effects fireworks;

NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).
Automobile or watercraft transporters means any tractor truck, lowboy, vehicle, or combination,
Sampler means a person who is employed by or is an owner of a licensed laboratory, grower, or processor and is authorized by that employer to collect samples in accordance with the testing laboratory's standard operating procedures and these Rules.
Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.

Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,
