Lessee will, within ninety (90) days after the end of Lessee's fiscal year during the term of this Lease, furnish to the Lessor financial statements of the Lessee ("Financial Statements") and a statement setting forth the amount of annual Net Revenues (hereinafter defined) of the Lessee's business conducted on the Premises ("Net Revenue Statement").
