Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.
independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;
Commission Comments means written comments pertaining solely to Rule 415 which are received by the Company from the Commission, and a copy of which shall have been provided by the Company to the Holder, to a filed Registration Statement which limit the amount of shares which may be included therein to a number of shares which is less than such amount sought to be included thereon as filed with the Commission.
Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.
Planning Submission or “CAPS” or “Community Accountability Planning Submission” means the HSP Board approved planning document submitted by the HSP to the Funder. The form, content and scheduling of the Planning Submission will be identified by the Funder;
Suggestions means all suggested improvements to the Service Offerings that you provide to us.
Review means a financial or operational audit, investigation, inspection or other form of review requested or required by the Funder under the terms of the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement, but does not include the annual audit of the HSP’s financial statements;
Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.
Comment means the findings and recommendations of the Council for- mally provided in writing to the head of a Federal agency under section 106.
Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:
Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.
input means any goods other than capital goods used or intended to be used by a supplier in the course or furtherance of business;
Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.
Respond or “Response” means any action taken pursuant to Environmental Laws to correct, remove, remediate, cleanup, prevent, mitigate, monitor, evaluate, investigate or assess the Release of a Hazardous Substance.
Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).
Additional Information As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.
Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;
Review Conditions means (i) the Delinquency Percentage for any Payment Date exceeds the Delinquency Trigger for that Payment Date and (ii) the Noteholders or Note Owners, as applicable, have voted, pursuant to Section 2.03(d) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, to direct an Asset Representations Review of the Subject Receivables.
Inquiries As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.
Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.
Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
Investigating Committee means any Officer/Committee appointed by Competent Authority to conduct investigation.
Responder means a vendor who responds to a Solicitation.
Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.
Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.
