Review Contract definition

Review Contract means, for a Review, the Contracts 60 days or more Delinquent (assuming 30 day months) as of the last day of the Due Period before the Review Demand Date stated in the Review Notice.

  • For each Test and Review Contract, the Asset Representations Reviewer will determine if the Test has been satisfied (a “Test Pass”) or if the Test has not been satisfied (a “Test Fail”).

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Contract and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme. Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.
