Review form definition

Review form means the form(s) required to be completed annually by the Sub-Branch in accordance with clause 18 of this Code;
Review form means the form(s) required to be completed annually by the venue in accordance with clause 17 of this Code;

  • The Request for Review form shall then be submitted to the position’s appointing authority, who shall review it for accuracy, comment as deemed appropriate, and forward the original to the Department of Human Resources within five (5) workdays.
