Review Letter definition

Review Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).
Review Letter means the letter issued by StratIT after any period of review of the appointment of the VAR and which shall communicate the outcome of the review and any effect such a review may have had on the Partner Level of the VAR and geographical description of the Territory and the next review period and which shall form part of this Agreement from the date thereof as if specifically incorporated herein and shall replace the Letter of Appointment or the preceding Review Letter until such time as the next Review Letter is issued.

  • Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith, from the Borrower to the Bank, containing the performance indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation;

  • Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12

  • Review Conditions means (i) the Delinquency Percentage for any Payment Date exceeds the Delinquency Trigger for that Payment Date and (ii) the Noteholders or Note Owners, as applicable, have voted, pursuant to Section 2.03(d) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, to direct an Asset Representations Review of the Subject Receivables.

  • Proposal Letter means the letter, executed by or on behalf of Proposer, delivered with its Proposal and conforming to Form A to the ITP.

  • Review Notice means the notice from the Indenture Trustee to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Servicer directing the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform a Review.

  • Document Checklist means, for any Collateral Loan, an electronic or hard copy list, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J delivered by the Borrower (or the Services Provider on behalf of the Borrower) to the Document Custodian (with a copy to the Collateral Agent) that identifies the Collateral Loan, the applicable Obligor and each of the Related Contracts that shall be delivered to the Document Custodian by the Borrower, and whether each such document is an original or a copy.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Welcome Letter means the document entitled “welcome letter” containing important details about this group policy;

  • Premium Letter means the letter agreement dated the Closing Date among LBAC, the Issuer and the Note Insurer referring to payment of the Premium.

  • Asset Review Report means, with respect to any Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Tax Certification Forms means any forms or other documentation as may be issued or required by a Tax Authority or by us from time to time to confirm your tax status [or the tax status of a Connected Person].

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.
