Review Periods definition

Review Periods two reviews each year - one prior to the lights going up (to walk the route and note any changes to buildings or other hazards) and the other once the lights come down to discuss any issues that may have occurred when they were up, whilst they're fresh in people's minds. This also gives the opportunity (to all stakeholders) to revisit the terms of the SLA if something unexpected arises and the SLA needs re-drafting. .

Examples of Review Periods in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Article 1, Statement of Work or Purchase Order, “Final Acceptance” of each Deliverable must occur when each Deliverable/Service has been approved by the State following the State Review Periods identified in Sections 2.251-2.257.

  • During January and February of each year, the Company will determine for each Customer served under Rate Schedules, 203, 204, 213 and 214 the Customer’s Average Dekatherm per Day usage for each of the two most recent Review Periods.

  • As a guide, the following traffic movements would be anticipated: • Twice weekly pick up for domestic rubbish bins.

  • During January and February of each year, the Company will determine for each Customer served under Rate Schedules 303, 304, 313 and 314 the Customer’s Average Dekatherm per Day usage for each of the two most recent Review Periods.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of Section 2.4 allowing Licensee to consider alternative programs during the Initial and/or Second Review Periods shall survive termination of this Agreement.

  • Review Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(i).

  • Title Review Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • Objection Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).

  • Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

  • Due Diligence Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Study Period means the period commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the date hereof, and continuing through 5:00 p.m. on the Closing Date.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Dispute Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.3(a).

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Claims Objection Deadline means the deadline for objecting to a Claim against a Debtor, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Court for objecting to such Claims.

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • Statement of Objections has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(ii).

  • Work period means the period specified in a Plan when an employee is at work.

  • Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Dispute Notice means a written notice served by one Party on the other stating that the Party serving the notice believes that there is a Dispute;

  • Negotiation Period has the meaning given in Clause 5.10;

  • Objection Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their objection to the settlement for that objection to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.

  • Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.

  • Adjustment Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

  • Seller’s Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5(a).

  • Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
