TPR will provide 90 days advance notice, specifying the requested date, time, session length, and subject matter (e.g., GMAT Math) of the Review Session.
TPR may cancel any scheduled Review Session at any time, but TPR will be liable for the Management Review Session Fee (as defined below) if the cancellation occurs fewer than 14 days before the scheduled date of the Review Session.
