Revised Local Content Proposal has the meaning given in paragraph 5.5(b); “Security” means:
Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.
Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

TO Technical Proposal means the TO Contractor’s technical response to the CATS+ TORFP dated date of TO Technical Proposal.
Contractor’s Proposal means the proposal submitted by the Contractor with the Tender, as modified and accepted by the Employer and included in the Contract. Such documents may include the Contractor’s preliminary design.
Alternative Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).
Ballot proposition means a question, issue, or proposal that is submitted to voters
Acquisition Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(a).
Company Superior Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).
Proposal means the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal of the Consultant.
Competing Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(f)(i).
Indirect cost rate proposal has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code Part 7000.

Eligible Proposal means a Proposal that meets or exceeds the prescribed requirement, proceeding to the next stage of evaluation;
Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 25a)
Alternative Transaction Proposal means any proposal, offer, inquiry or contact with respect to an Alternative Transaction.
