The Revisions Submission Date in the Original Access Arrangement – consistent with Annex I – required revisions relating to AFT Services to be submitted by 11 June 2004, and all other revisions to the Original Access Arrangement to be submitted by 30 June 2016.
Revisions Submission DateThe date upon which revisions to this Access Arrangement will be submitted to theRegulator (the Revisions Submission Date) is 1 July 2014.
The Service Provider shall not be required to submit Access Arrangement Information to the Regulator in relation to the Reference Tariffs and related provisions in this document until the Revisions Submission Date provided for in clause 3.1 of this Reference Tariff Schedule.
The Service Provider must submit revisions to the Access Arrangement to the Relevant Regulator on the Revisions Submission Date.
In those circumstances the Service Provider is not required to comply with a related decision made under section 2.9. Review of an Access Arrangement 2.28 By the date provided for in the Access Arrangement as the Revisions Submission Date (or as otherwise required by an Access Arrangement), the Service Provider must, and at any other time the Service Provider may, submit to the Relevant Regulator proposed revisions to the Access Arrangement together with the applicable Access Arrangement Information.
As required by the Code, this Access Arrangement includes a Services Policy, Reference Tariffs, Reference Tariff Policy, Terms and Conditions, Capacity Management Policy, Trading Policy, Queuing Policy, Extensions/Expansions Policy, Revisions Submission Date and Revisions Commencement Date.
Section 3.17 of the National Gas Code states that an Access Arrangement must include a Revisions Submission Date and a Revisions Commencement Date.
Following the consultation in section 9.3.2, the Regulator will notify Country Energy Gas whether the circumstances constitute a trigger event, in which case the Revisions Submission Date fixed in this Access Arrangement will advance to a date 6 months from the date of the trigger event or such other date as determined by the Regulator and subject to the NGR.
Revisions Submission Date has the meaning given in section 1.6 of this Access Arrangement.
Service Provider may also at any time between the commencement of this Access Arrangement and the Revisions Submission Date, submit revisions to this Access Arrangement to the AER under Rule 52.
