Revocation Information definition

Revocation Information means information distributed to Operators by or under the direction of CI Plus TA for purposes of distributing such information with Controlled Content in order to (i) revoke one or more Host Certificates or (ii) rescind the Revocation of one or more Host Certificates.
Revocation Information means information distributed to Fellow AV Content Participants by or under the direction of Licensor for purposes of distributing such information with Commercial Audiovisual Content in order to (i) revoke one or more Device Certificates or (ii) rescind the Revocation of one or more Device Certificates.
Revocation Information means the Revocation Signalling Data (RSD) version number, RSD transmission time out, RSD detection on/off state, Root of Trust identification and the service operator identity (as defined in the Specifications) provided by the CA System.

Examples of Revocation Information in a sentence

  • CI Plus TA shall notify Content Distributor in the event that CI Plus TA plans to Revoke or rescind a Revocation of a Host Certificate and deliver or cause to be delivered to Operator Revocation Information for use in connection with such Revocation or rescission of Revocation.

  • Licensor shall notify Content Participant in the event that Licensor plans to Revoke or rescind a Revocation of a Device Certificate and deliver or cause to be delivered to Content Participant Revocation Information for use in connection with such Revocation or rescission of Revocation.

  • Content Distributor and CI Plus LLP shall maintain accurate records of its activities under this Agreement, including records relating to its distribution of Revocation Information for at least three (3) years from the date of the act recorded.


More Definitions of Revocation Information

Revocation Information means the Revocation (defined in ARTICLE VI) information generated by Sony for the Revocation of Device Node Keys and provided by Sony to Licensee from time to time.

Related to Revocation Information

  • Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Borrower, the Originator, the Servicer or the Receivables.

  • State Confidential Information means any and all State Records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall include, but is not limited to, PII, PHI, PCI, Tax Information, CJI, and State personnel records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall not include information or data concerning individuals that is not deemed confidential but nevertheless belongs to the State, which has been communicated, furnished, or disclosed by the State to Contractor which (i) is subject to disclosure pursuant to CORA; (ii) is already known to Contractor without restrictions at the time of its disclosure to Contractor; (iii) is or subsequently becomes publicly available without breach of any obligation owed by Contractor to the State; (iv) is disclosed to Contractor, without confidentiality obligations, by a third party who has the right to disclose such information; or (v) was independently developed without reliance on any State Confidential Information.
