Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

Program Information means all non-public Fund or CMA information provided to Supplier for the purposes of Supplier’s provision of Services hereunder, including, without limitation, data entered into Supplier’s system or those systems of its Subcontractors.

This Section 14.8 shall be inoperative as to such portions of the Program Information which are or become generally available to the public or such party on a nonconfidential basis from a source other than the Administrative Agent or were known to such party on a nonconfidential basis prior to its disclosure by the Administrative Agent.
