Program Information definition

Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.
Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).
Program Information means all non-public Fund or CMA information provided to Supplier for the purposes of Supplier’s provision of Services hereunder, including, without limitation, data entered into Supplier’s system or those systems of its Subcontractors.

Examples of Program Information in a sentence

  • All use and disclosure of Customer Information, Merchant Information, and Program Information under this Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of this Section 14.

  • The purpose of this Section 14 is to ensure that this Agreement conforms to Applicable Law, and otherwise sets forth the Parties’ agreement with respect to the use, ownership rights, and disclosure of Customer Information, Merchant Information, and Program Information.

  • In the event that such protective order or other remedy is not obtained, or the Administrative Agent agrees that such Program Information may be disclosed, such party will furnish only that portion of the Program Information which (in such party’s good faith judgment) is legally required to be furnished and will exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded the Program Information.

  • This Section 14.8 shall be inoperative as to such portions of the Program Information which are or become generally available to the public or such party on a nonconfidential basis from a source other than the Administrative Agent or were known to such party on a nonconfidential basis prior to its disclosure by the Administrative Agent.


More Definitions of Program Information

Program Information means information about the adop- tion search program which the department provides to requesters, agencies, courts and the general public, except that it does not include adoption record information.
Program Information means the terminology used in connection with any then-current Weight Watchers Program as it may exist from time to time throughout the world (the current Weight Watchers Program in the United States and Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, and France being identified in the attached Schedule E), such information owned by Weight Watchers as is reasonably necessary to develop, manufacture, market and distribute food and beverage products in accordance with such Weight Watchers Program and to calculate Points(R) or other measurements relating thereto, as well as the Program Information Trademarks.
Program Information means the audit announcement and any information dissemination activities related to the CACS program.

Program Information means all non-public Fund or BofA Advisors information provided to Supplier for the purposes of Supplier’s provision of Services hereunder, including, without limitation, data entered into Supplier’s system or those systems of its Subcontractors.
Program Information means the document or documents provided by the Program Administrator to participants that details the investment options and other Program features.
Program Information means any information and data related to the Program or any information or data provided by or on behalf of Shopify or its Eligible Merchants (including any Migrated Merchants) to Affirm in connection with the Program that is not considered to be Merchant Information or Customer Information; provided that “Program Information” shall not include (i) GLBA NPI, (ii) Affirm Confidential Information, (iii) Affirm Materials, (iv) Affirm Pre-Existing IP, (v) Intellectual Property Rights that Affirm or its Affiliates solely create, author, develop or otherwise acquire (as further described in Section 8.4), (vi) Intellectual Property Rights that the Parties jointly create, author or develop (as further described in Section 8.4), or (vii) information or data related to the Program that is not unique to the Program or that was created, authored or developed by Affirm for use outside of the Program (e.g., existing Affirm products that are similar to the Financial Product).
