Revolving Collateral Debt Security definition

Revolving Collateral Debt Security means any Collateral Debt Security that pursuant to the terms of its Underlying Instruments may require one or more future advances in Euro to be made to the obligor by the Issuer, but any such Collateral Debt Security will be a Revolving Collateral Debt Security only until all commitments to make advances to the obligor expire or are terminated or reduced to zero.
Revolving Collateral Debt Security means a Collateral Debt Security that over a specified period (i) requires the Issuer or any Restoration Subsidiary, as applicable, to make one or more future advances to the borrower under the agreement pursuant to which such Loan was created and (ii) permits the re-borrowing of any amount previously repaid.

  • Collateral Debt Obligation means any debt obligation or debt security purchased by or on behalf of the Issuer from time to time (or, if the context so requires, to be purchased by or on behalf of the Issuer) each of which satisfies the Eligibility Criteria, in the case of Synthetic Securities and Non-Euro Obligations, to the extent required to do so. References to Collateral Debt Obligations shall not include Collateral Enhancement Obligations, Eligible Investments or Exchanged Equity Securities. Obligations which are to constitute Collateral Debt Obligations in respect of which the Issuer has entered into a binding commitment to purchase but which have not yet settled shall be included as Collateral Debt Obligations in the calculation of the Portfolio Profile Tests at any time as if such purchase had been completed. For the avoidance of doubt, the failure of any obligation to satisfy the Eligibility Criteria at any time after the Issuer or the Investment Manager on behalf of the Issuer has entered into a binding agreement to purchase it, shall not cause such obligation to cease to constitute a Collateral Debt Obligation.

  • Term Loan Collateral Agent means Credit Suisse, Cayman Islands Branch, as collateral agent for the lenders under the Term Loan Credit Agreement, together with its respective successors and permitted assigns under the Term Loan Credit Agreement exercising substantially the same rights and powers, or such other agent as may from time to time be appointed thereunder.

  • Refinancing Series means all Refinancing Term Loans, Refinancing Term Commitments, Other Revolving Credit Commitments or Other Revolving Credit Loans that are established pursuant to the same Refinancing Amendment (or any subsequent Refinancing Amendment to the extent such Refinancing Amendment expressly provides that the Refinancing Term Loans, Refinancing Term Commitments, Other Revolving Credit Commitments or Other Revolving Credit Loans provided for therein are intended to be a part of any previously established Refinancing Series) and that provide for the same Effective Yield and, in the case of Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Term Commitments, amortization schedule.

  • Term Loan Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower (if any) in favor of any of the Term Loan Lenders evidencing the portion of the Term Loan provided by any such Term Loan Lender pursuant to Section 2.2(a), individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.

  • ABL Loans means the “Loans” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.
