Reward Point means the points awarded to the Cardholder under AEON Happy Plus Point Program.

• FNBO will track and report to Co-Brand Partner the Credit Card Rewards Points accumulated on each Account on each business day following the close of the Account billing cycle, and each such Credit Card Rewards Point shall automatically be converted by Co-Brand Partner to a Reward Point, which Co-Brand Partner shall credit to each such Cardholder’s account under the Rewards Program (“Rewards Account”).

• On other retail transactions (excluding VMM stores) cardholder's will earn 1 Reward Point on every eligible Rs. 100 spend on his SBI Vishal Mega Mart Card.

• If you are enrolled in the Relationship Rewards Program, the term "Excluded Transactions" as defined above will apply to the Reward Point calculation for transactions made using your Eligible Credit Card (if applicable) and your Debit Card if your Eligible Checking Account is enrolled.
