Examples of Incentive Management Fee in a sentence
On the ninetieth (90) day after the end of each Fiscal Year (or following a sale as provided for in Section 11.1(b)) during the term of this Agreement, Manager shall be paid out of the Operating Account the Incentive Management Fee for the preceding Fiscal Year, if any, as determined from the books and records referred to in Article XV.
The calculation of the Incentive Management Fee will begin with the first full Fiscal Year the Hotel is managed pursuant to this Agreement and will include the results of the Fiscal Year in which sold, based upon Gross Operating Profit compared with Budgeted Operating Profit through the date of closing of the sale of the Hotel.
The Incentive Management Fee may not exceed 0.25% of Gross Revenues of the Hotel included in the incentive fee calculation.
