Incentive Management Fee definition

Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.
Incentive Management Fee means an amount payable to Manager, pursuant to Section 3.01 and Section 4.01, that is equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of Available Cash Flow in any Fiscal Year (or portion thereof).
Incentive Management Fee means an amount payable to Manager, pursuant to Section 3.01 and Section 4.01, that is set forth in Schedule 1 of Available Cash Flow in any Fiscal Year (or portion thereof) after payment to Owner of Owner’s Priority.

More Definitions of Incentive Management Fee

Incentive Management Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).
Incentive Management Fee means, subject to and calculated in accordance with Section 5.1 of this Agreement, a fee equal to five percent (5%) of EBITDA for each Fiscal Month.
